How do I contact you?​
I’m always here for you and the easiest way is to book the discovery call through website link or simply email me on office@lilibel.co.uk. All enquires are directed to myself only.
Where are you based?
I’m based in Epsom, Surrey and also support clients in Sussex and SW London. However, if you are unsure, please give me a call so we can discuss in more details.
How big of a budget I need?
Every project is different and the scope of work required will determine the budget. We will discuss it during discovery call but ultimately you only spend what you are comfortable with.
Are there any extra costs to your service?
Once we have discussed the scope of work required, you will receive a fee proposal, alongside with my Terms and Conditions. There is no hidden costs and any work agreed outside the initial scope of work is agreed and signed off by you, giving you full control over your budget.
Can I implement the designs myself?
The design document provides you with detailed instructions and elevations visuals that would allow you to incorporate them in your own time and capacity. Saying that, the execution is crucial to achieving the vision you fell in love with in the design phase and can be stressful and time consuming. Hence, I’m here to offer a helping hand in the capacity you are comfortable with.
Do you offer any trade discounts?
Trade discounts may save you a significant amount of money and yes, I pass them on where applicable. Please note, that 25% administration fee is applied to trade purchases.
Can you recommend trusted trades?
We are moving to our forever home and already have some pieces of furniture. Can you accommodate those in your designs?
My designs are created with you and your family in mind. You specify the details during our consultation time and I work to your requirements, giving it a professional eye and finish. The end result will be cohesive and built around your existing pieces.
Do you offer e-design service?
Online design is hugely popular nowadays. I love the trust and relationship I build with my clients and believe this is not fully achievable through online design. However, you can only purchase the Design Plan, which effectively will provide you with online design service.
What happens if I’m not happy with the presented designs?
Your satisfaction as well as your vision for your home are in the centre of my designs and services. I do offer revision within even the basic package so you always end on a happy note.
How long does it take?
Every project is different and depending on the scope of work required the complete project may take anytime between 3 weeks to 6 months for the full design. This does not include any tradesmen lead time nor construction work.
Through the years I have developed strong relationships with several constructors and will be happy to pass recommendations. You are not obliged to use them though and I’m happy to work with people you have already sourced for your project.
